Home inspections can become a necessity at unexpected times, and we understand the urgency of getting your home checked out. We are flexible and willing to work with customers to schedule an inspection when the need arises.

We will identify the large problems in your home that can lead to expensive repairs down the line. We will also focus on energy issues and minor problems. We know how important it is for you to be aware of all of these issues, especially the larger costly repairs.

We also offer a pre-warranty expiration inspection. We'll return to inspect your home at the 10-month mark or even a week before the warranty expires.
