As a first time home buyer, the entire process is very new and overwhelming for me. Todd taught me a lot during the inspection process. Highly recommend Livin Good Inspections. Todd is very professional for the house inspection. He inspected the house very carefully. In the inspection report, all narrative observations are colored, numbered and labeled to help me find, refer to, and understand the severity of the observation.
Highly recommend Livin Good Inspections. Todd is knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, and very thorough. During the inspection Todd answered any questions I had and helped explain everything. He is equipped to handle the job and has all the appropriate tools, as my inspection was done in inclement weather. Despite the snow he was able to send a remote drone to take pictures of the roof and give a detailed report on it. His report came the next day with all of the information and pictures of the areas that needed attention. Todd is a wonderful person and his home inspection was such a valuable tool to understand what my wife and I were purchasing as first time homebuyers.

Todd did an amazingly thorough job and was very patient with all the questions I had for him while he did the inspection. Afterwards he put together a really cool pdf with descriptions and pictures of all the things in need of repair. This will really help me plan preventative maintenance over the next few years.
I have used Todd Livingood for all my homes. He is very thorough and provides great knowledge and insight into the homes he inspects to ensure you are aware of the work needed.

Mr. Livingood was excellent. Discovered issues and was expert in helping us know the gravity of each and had great recommendations about what needed to be done to resolve. Highly recommend his.
After three inspections I've worked with Todd on, I have to say I'm consistently impressed with his through reviews and detailed reports.
Todd was very thorough, reasonably priced and friendly. I felt very comfortable with his assessment and would definitely use him again.
Todd was fantastic:
- Honest and candid.
- Very thorough and detail-oriented. Lots of pictures with advice on how to address issues and how to follow up.
- Punctual. Got to the site on time. Turned the report around within the day (for a 4000+ sqft home!) despite having another inspection to do in the afternoon.
- Reasonable rates.
Had a new construction house inspected at north lynwoord. Had a pretty good service from them
1. The report from livin good is pretty detailed and well covered. It contains pictures, the issues of the house, what improvement is needed, what maintainence should be done. It's a great report for purchase inspection as well as for home improvement and mantainance
2. The professionalism of inspection itself is great. From roof, to fuel and storage, to heat, crawl, plumbing to little minor issues of wall paiting and everything else, it covered down to detail and really help me to get it fix before closing the house purchase.
